Token Purchase Agreement

By purchasing fractions of the Fabergé Egg, you acquire digital claim rights to a share of future proceeds from the asset. These rights are defined in the Token Purchase Agreement (TPA) and secured through the FCC system. You do not receive physical ownership of the object. You receive economic rights linked to your fraction. After the global auction in spring 2026, you will be able to freely resell your fractions on CoArt Marketplace. 3 million fractions remain with the marketplace as a legal entity responsible for secure storage of the asset in the interest of all holders.
